Il terzo festival annuale di TROPEArte Plein Air si svolgerà a Tropea dal 9 al 15 ottobre 2025. Tropea è un’antica città murata su una scogliera lungo il Mar Tirreno in Calabria. Per una settimana artisti da tutto il mondo si riuniscono per dipingere e creare arte a “Plein Air” (all’aperto) tra i vicoli stretti, le viste panoramiche, e sulla spiaggia per catturare parte della bellezza della città sulle loro tele. Il festival culmina con una celebrazione e una mostra di opere create durante la settimana. Il festival è stato fondato nel 2023 da Caitlin Werrell e Francesco Femia.
The third annual TROPEArte Plein Air Festival will be held in Tropea, Italy from October 9-15, 2025. Tropea is an ancient walled town on a cliff overlooking the Tyrrhenian sea in southern Italy’s Calabria region. For one week artists from around the world gather together to paint and create art in “plein air” (outdoors) amongst the narrow alleyways, the scenic overlooks, and on the beach to capture some of the town’s beauty on their canvases. The festival culminates with a celebration and an exhibit of works created during the week. The festival was founded in 2023 by Caitlin Werrell and Francesco Femia.

- OCT 28: Art Exhibition at Palazzo Santa Chiara (18:00 – 22:00). Artists show their work created during the festival/ Mostra d’Arte a Palazzo Santa Chiara (18:00 – 22:00). Gli artisti mostrano le loro opere d’arte realizzati durante il festival.
- OCT 29: Artists are free to continue exhibiting their work at Palazzo Santa Chiara (10:00 – 18:00)/ Gli artisti sono liberi di continuare a esporre le proprie opere a Palazzo Santa Chiara (10:00 – 18:00).
